Hello, and welcome! I’m Teri, owner, designer-florist & event coordinator at Florabelle Floral & Events in Rochester, NY. I am heading into my eighth year as a florist and I am excited to be offering beautiful everyday, sympathy, wedding and special event floral. As well as, full service event planning and day of coordinating services.
